berry cinnamon barley grass smoothie




makes 600 ml (1 1/2 smoothies)

1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1/2 cups cold brewed green tea (or water)
1/2 cup frozen strawberry halves
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 heaping tablespoons pea protein powder (or preferred vegetable protein)
1 tablespoon powdered barley grass juice
1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
4-6 drops stevia


  • put chia seeds and water into blender jug and leave for 15 minutes
  • blend until chia seeds are no longer visible
  • add remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth
  • pour into tall glass
  • enjoy
